Venting fan mould project used for ventilation system is the first order since I took this job of sales. I was quite excited when I got the order of venting fan moulds. My customer has rich experience in manufacturing ventilation system. Thus they have higher requirements on venting fan moulds. When we firstly started tooling of fan molds, frankly we had no experience in such tooling. So we met few hard nuts to crack. After settle down all the trouble spots, I'd like to share my experience with everyone who needs help in venting fan moulds.


1. Stress mark/ ejection mark/shrink mark on venting fan moulds. 
2. Fully automatic running of some venting fan moulds with particular structure.
3. The ejection way of venting fan housing moulds.
